We realize that in buying clothes online there is always a risk that things might not fit. Therefore we want you to feel as secure as possible when purchasing from Wanner Label and be able to seamlessly return anything that you may not want or does not fit for free.

In case you'd like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.wannerlabel.com, you have 14 days to do so from the date of purchase. 

 

Please notify us via e-mail on info@wannerlabel.com stating your order number in the subject line and we will provide you with further information on where to send your item to. All return or exchange items must be shipped back unused and in their original condition including all original packaging within 5 days of the request approval. 

 

Once the item has been returned and processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs associated with the original order. 

 

Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to reappear in your account.
